As we, Hitachi Koki Co., Ltd., disclosed in the press release "Regarding Partial Revision of Financial Results for Past Fiscal Years", dated November 8, 2010, we had partially revised our financial results from fiscal year 2005 to first quarter of fiscal year 2010, finding out improper business dealings and accounting practices by a consolidated subsidiary.
Accordingly we would like to post our revised financial statements (BS, P/L, CF) for past 5 years on this site for reference, since financial statements recorded on past Annual reports do not show correct figures.
